These terms apply when you use sharmapteka.com, the website of Apteka Sharm. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Who we are
Apteka Sharm runs 5 pharmacies in Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai, Egypt. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Apteka Sharm.
Health information is general
The information on this website is general. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace a visit to a doctor or a talk with a pharmacist.
Always read the leaflet that comes with a product, and ask our pharmacist if you are not sure. For children, pregnancy and long-term health conditions, ask a pharmacist or doctor first.
In an emergency in Egypt, call 123 for an ambulance. Do not wait for a reply from us.
No sales on this website
We do not sell products on this website, and there is no online shop. You can ask questions and order on WhatsApp, by phone or in person. Every sale is agreed directly with our pharmacist, who confirms the product, the price and the total before you pay.
Products and photos on the website are examples. Stock changes, and packaging can look different from the photos. Ask us what is in stock today.
Prices and offers
Prices and offers can change at any time. The price that applies is the one we confirm on WhatsApp, by phone or at the counter.
Registered medicines are sold at the official prices set in Egypt, with no tourist mark-up. Special offers apply only to selected products, for a limited time. Read how our fair prices for tourists work.
Free delivery and free transfer
Free hotel delivery is available for orders from $30. A free transfer from your hotel to our pharmacy and back is available for purchases from $50.
Both services are subject to availability. We confirm the details on WhatsApp before each order or transfer. Read more about free hotel delivery and the free transfer to our pharmacy.
Prescription-only medicines
Prescription-only medicines need a valid prescription, also for delivery. Our pharmacist checks every prescription before we prepare an order.
We may refuse to supply a product if a prescription is not valid, or if the product does not seem safe for you.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other websites, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and the health sources we cite. We do not control these websites. We are not responsible for their content or for how they use your data.
Intellectual property
The text, photos, videos and logo on this website belong to Apteka Sharm or are used with permission. Product names and brands belong to their owners.
You are welcome to share links to our pages. Do not copy, change or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date. However, we cannot promise that it is always complete, correct or available.
We are not responsible for loss or harm caused by relying on the general information on this website instead of asking a doctor or pharmacist. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law, or any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
