Apteka Sharm stocks over-the-counter medicines, Egyptian natural oils, skincare, sun care, vitamins and baby products. We have 5 pharmacies across Sharm El Sheikh, but no online shop. Send us a product name or a photo of the box on WhatsApp, and a pharmacist will tell you if we have it.

What we stock

These are examples from our shelves. Stock changes, so please ask before you come.

• Egyptian natural oils: Lotus oils such as black seed, argan, aloe vera and coconut, plus Emami 7 Oils in One.
• Skincare: brands such as CeraVe, Eva Skin Clinic and Dr. Rashel.
• Sun care: Disaar SPF 50+ sunscreen, and Hepta Panthenol creams and lotions.
• Vitamins: vitamin C (C-Retard), vitamin D3 (Davalindi) and Limitless vitamins.
• First aid: first-aid basics for your holiday.
• Baby and kids: Otrivin Baby saline drops, Johnson’s baby shampoo, and Tiny Brainies gummies for children.
• Hair care: Emami 7 Oils in One hair oil and natural oils for hair.
• Over-the-counter medicines: for example Adol (paracetamol), Claritine (loratadine), Antinal (nifuroxazide) and Beegu sea-water nasal spray.

Official prices on medicines

Registered medicines are sold at the official prices set in Egypt, with no tourist mark-up. The Egyptian Drug Authority sets medicine prices nationally. Read more on our fair prices page.

How to ask for a product

1. Send the product name, or a photo of the box, on WhatsApp.
2. A pharmacist replies in the language you choose: English, Russian, Ukrainian or Italian.
3. Visit one of our pharmacies, or use our free hotel delivery on orders from $30.
