The service is for tourists who feel unwell, travel with children or simply prefer to stay at the hotel. You can order in English, Russian, Ukrainian or Italian.

How hotel delivery works

Before we deliver, our pharmacist checks what we have in stock and replies with the total price.

If we do not have the exact product, we tell you. Where possible, we suggest an option with the same active ingredient.

Your order can include products from our pharmacy shelves, for example:

• plasters and first aid supplies
• baby and kids’ products
• vitamins, skincare and natural oils
• everyday over-the-counter products for pain, allergies or an upset stomach

What to send us

To save time, put these details in your first message:

• the name of your hotel

• who the product is for, and any allergies

A clear photo of the box, the leaflet or your prescription helps most. If you use a medicine from home, we can find the Egyptian equivalent of your medicine. You can also check a price before you buy.

Delivery is free for orders of $30 or more.

• Delivery hours: our pharmacies in Naama Bay and Nabq close at 1:00 AM every day.
• Payment: any currency, including Egyptian pounds, US dollars, euros and roubles.

Prescription-only medicines

Prescription-only medicines need a valid prescription, also for delivery. Send a clear photo of the prescription with your order. Our pharmacist checks it before we prepare your order. We accept prescriptions issued abroad.

If you are not sure whether a product needs a prescription, ask us before you order. For children, pregnancy and long-term conditions, always ask a pharmacist or doctor first.

When to call an ambulance instead

Hotel delivery is for everyday needs, not emergencies. Call 123 for an ambulance in Egypt if someone has chest pain or difficulty breathing. Do the same if bleeding will not stop or someone faints. Then tell your hotel reception.

Delivery to Russia and CIS countries

Back home and missing a product from Sharm? We can also send orders to Russia and other CIS countries. Message us on WhatsApp with the products you need. We tell you which ones can be sent, the cost and the delivery time.
